Sterk Products proudly ships to customers across the United States. We strive to provide transparent information regarding shipping, customs, and import charges so you know exactly what to expect when ordering.
Any applicable tariffs, duties, and import charges are calculated and collected at checkout when applicable. This means there should be no surprise charges once your order arrives at your door.
Please note that customs regulations and tariff rates are determined solely by U.S. Customs authorities and may change over time. While we do our best to provide accurate information, final assessments are outside of our control.
HDPE Plastic Skid Plates
HDPE skid plates generally have much lower tariffs applied compared to aluminum products.

Aluminum Products
Aluminum products remain available for U.S. orders.
Based on current information available to us, certain aluminum products may be subject to import tariffs of approximately 50% of the order value. Any applicable charges are calculated and collected at checkout, helping to avoid unexpected fees upon delivery.
Refused Shipments
Duties and tariffs collected at checkout are non-refundable once an order has been placed.
In the event that a shipment is refused, abandoned, or not cleared through customs, Sterk Products cannot be held responsible for any resulting losses.
Please note that refused shipments are not always returned to us and may be destroyed or seized by the carrier or customs authorities. As a result, no refunds, reimbursements, or replacements will be issued for refused deliveries.
